SoGiftMe Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SoGiftMe Wholesale Program! Please review the following terms before placing any wholesale orders. By applying for and purchasing through a wholesale account, you agree to abide by the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to businesses, online shops, boutiques, and resellers. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • First-time orders: $100 minimum

  • Reorders: $50 minimum

  • Custom/bulk pricing is available for larger quantities upon request

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All wholesale prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via credit/debit card or PayPal.

  • We do not offer payment terms at this time (net 15/30).

4. Shipping & Turnaround

  • Most wholesale orders ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom DTF prints or personalized items may take up to 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery for replacement or credit.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

6. Resale & Branding

  • You are authorized to resell SoGiftMe products at your own retail pricing.

  • Digital products may not be resold, modified, or distributed without a commercial license (if applicable).

  • Products may not be marketed as your original designs unless explicitly agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and branding remain the intellectual property of SoGiftMe. Use of our designs or logos for marketing or promotional purposes requires written permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account that violates these terms or misrepresents the brand.
